Auto Zone’s store teams provide WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions. As a Delivery Driver, you will use company-provided vehicles to safely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, helping support store operations and fostering a positive retail environment.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers, and load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone driver safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Valid Hazmat endorsement preferred.
