Digital Print Production Operator – Alpha Graphics

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Sheridan, WY. The Digital Print Production Operator will handle day‑to‑day print production tasks, including operating digital printing equipment, overseeing bindery processes, and ensuring the highest quality of printed materials. Primary responsibilities include operating all digital printing (B&W/Color) production for maximum efficiency, maintaining printer systems, inspecting work for quality control, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.

The operator will also be trained to assist in the large‑format department with printing, production, and installation projects such as vehicle graphics and wall murals.

• Operate digital commercial printers using Fiery Command Workstation.
• Impose files for print.
• Produce orders accurately, efficiently, and quickly while maintaining highest quality standards.
• Update job status and location in MIS system.
• Run proof copies and compare them to the work order.
• Control waste and re‑runs by quality‑checking jobs as they are produced.
• Track waste, spoilage, usage, and inventory for all digital printing machines.
• Maintain all Digital Printing Equipment logs.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform required maintenance and learn extended maintenance from the technician.
• Calibrate and manage all color devices as required to maintain color consistency.
• Monitor color consistency during all print runs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Digital printing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi‑task and organize several activities and tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, if needed.
• Ability to maximize profit through the efficient use of time and equipment.
• Can perform basic bindery functions.
• Familiar and comfortable with Fiery Print Controller, a plus.
• Graphic design skills are preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
