Your Role and Responsibilities
As an RN Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through compassionate interpersonal contact.
- Assess patient needs and develop or revise care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including CNAs and LPNs, to ensure high standards of care.
- Implement departmental programs, goals, and policies effectively.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- At least one year of skilled nursing experience (preferred).
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
