The VA operates 24/7 with shifts commonly 12 hours; full-time position, 80 hours every two weeks, and compensation varies by shift between Day $42/hr, Night $44/hr, Weekend/Holiday $46/hr includes paid sick leave, paid vacation, and 11 paid federal holidays.
