Role Overview :
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. The RN provides high-quality nursing care to patients, focusing on achieving optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing patient assessments, revise care plans based on patient condition changes, and provide clinical supervision to C NAs and LPNs. - Core Duties:
Implement departmental policies, deliver excellent patient service, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, and maintained throughout employment.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, positive attitude, reasoning skills, and effective communication skills in team settings.
