Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Delivering comprehensive nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments, and revising care plans accordingly. Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensuring care aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Implementing departmental policies, goals, and procedures, and fostering excellent patient service with a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation), and preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate reasoning skills, good judgment, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
