Good 2 Go Stores LLC is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Assistant Store Savant). The role drives sales, manages inventory, labor, scheduling, cash, and maintains store appearance and standards.

• Assume full store manager responsibilities when the manager is absent, including sales, inventory, labor, scheduling, cash handling, and maintenance issues.
• Lead the team in upholding mission, vision, and core values.
• Coaching, training, corrective action, and team leadership; serve as a junior cashier, cook, or any position when needed.
• Ensure new hire and employee paperwork is accurate and current.
• Maintain store presentation standards and cleanliness.
• Follow current promo periods, displays, and planograms.
• Deliver best food in town by following the food playbook.
• Build strong relationships with customers and fix any issues they have.
• Promote company safety standards, train on emergency situations, and ensure EPA compliance and documentation.
• Be a neighbor in the community.
• Cover additional shifts if unable to coordinate coverage with the team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of retail or related experience.
• One or more years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale, accounting, and time‑collection systems.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent leadership skills.
• Able to effectively multitask.
• Adherence to company values and ethical expectations.

• Additional experience leading people in retail or other settings.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale, accounting, and time‑collection systems.

• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to move freely inside and outside the store.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders; kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Able to push or pull equipment and items.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Approximately 5–10% of the time.

• Work primarily in a retail store setting.
• Frequent exposure to fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
• Work may occur in hot or cold environments.
