We're hiring a Technical Sales Manager for Mediod Consulting LLC
, our registered US company, to grow Mediod Consulting's business with small and mid-sized companies across North America.
You'll own the full sales cycle for Odoo implementation, integration, migration and support projects — qualifying opportunities, running discovery with our consultants, shaping proposals and closing deals.
Responsibilities- Own the sales pipeline for North America, from prospecting to close
- Qualify leads and run discovery calls with our Odoo consultants
- Present Odoo solutions and deliver tailored demos
- Scope projects and prepare proposals and quotations with the delivery team
- Negotiate and close contracts; hand over smoothly to delivery
- Keep forecasts and activity accurate in Odoo CRM
- Represent Mediod at events and in partner channels
- 5+ years of B2B sales in ERP, SaaS or IT services
- Track record of closing mid-sized software or consulting deals
- Ability to understand business processes and explain technical solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
