Field Service Technician - UPS / ATS / Generators / Switchgear / Mission Critical equipment

Candidate should be familiar with the testing and maintenance of mission critical / critical infrastructure equipment, including Switchgear, Electrical equipment associated with mission critical operations, Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACs), DC plants, Power Distribution Units (PDU), Battery Cabinets and other related equipment.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure high-quality implementations that meet rigorous standards. • Perform onsite Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for equipment.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and onsite activities with strong organizational skills.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle activities for projects, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant Integrated Systems Testing (IST) experience.
• Solid experience in project management and related testing procedures.
• Ability to review electrical plans and create solutions for potential risks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments.
• Capable of lifting materials up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel as needed.
• Able to pass a criminal background, DMV, and credit check.
• Purchase order management, vendor management.
• Experience with equipment testing and maintenance of UPSs, ATSs, Battery Cabinets, PDUs, generators, CRACs, DC plants, and other critical equipment.
