Competent in performance of echocardiography and echocardiography stress studies. Must be patient and patient safety focused. Will be responsible for the overall operations of the echocardiography lab with support of the Radiology Manager. BLS is required. Licensed or License eligible at an RDCS or RVT. A minimum of 2 years experience in a cardiovascular echo lab preferred.

Required Experience:

Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program. 2 Years Experience In An Echocardiography Lab Preferred. Registered or registry eligible as a RDCS or RVT. BLS required. Skilled in starting IV’s and injection of contrast.

• Perform echocardiography and echocardiography stress studies.
• Manage the echocardiography lab operations with support of the Radiology Manager.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care.
• Obtain and prepare IVs and contrast as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• BLS required.
• Licensed or license eligible at RDCS or RVT.
• 2+ years of experience in a cardiovascular echo lab preferred.
• Registered or registry eligible as RDCS or RVT.
• Skilled in starting IVs and injection of contrast.
