Required Qualifications- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances
- Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
D. degree - Anticipated Weekly
Hours:
40 - Time Type:
Full time - Pay Range: $60.00 - $76.00 per hour
