- Evaluates, plans, organizes, and administers physical therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations and guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times.
- Maintains informative, accurate, and timely documentation and records management.
- Works collaboratively with all disciplines and adheres to the professional standards of practice guidelines and code of ethics as set forth by the state board of physical therapy.
- Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
- Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
- Rehabilitation Experience is Preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
- Must hold a current state Physical Therapist license.
- BLS certification is required upon hire.
