Remarkable Hospice Companies - : [CNA / Health Aide] As a Certified Nursing Aide at Remarkable Hospice Companies, you'll:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding;
Provide mobility assistance, including help with walking, transferring, and positioning;
Ensure patient comfort by adjusting beds, turning patients, and providing adequate hydration and nourishment;
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff;
Monitor and document patient condition and care provided in medical records.
