Front Desk Receptionist- Allure Laser & Medical Spa

• Welcome patients, answer incoming calls and messages, schedule appointments, and provide a friendly and professional front-desk experience.
• Proactively manage appointment flow and patient communication while helping keep daily clinic operations organized and running smoothly.
• Learn about Allure’s services and products so you can confidently answer questions and support an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with providers and teammates, stepping in where needed and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment.

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, medical administration, or another client-facing role.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
• A self-starter who takes initiative.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery practice, healthcare office, or aesthetics environment is an asset, but not required.
