Coherent Corp. is seeking a strategic, global HR technology and People Operations leader to design and execute the enterprise HR tech strategy and to build a scalable GSSC capable of supporting HR, COE, and business functions worldwide.
The VP will drive AI-enabled HR platforms, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, while partnering with legal, finance, and regional HR teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Hybrid role with 3–4 days onsite in Sherman TX or Santa Clara.
