**** Job Details:
*** This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
* Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on A Shift (DAYS)
* Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but are not limited to, beef, pork, and ground beef.
* Jobs are fast pace and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting and pulling up to 40 pounds. Material Handling and receiving positions require lifting 70 pounds or more.
* Successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
* All work is performed in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 38 to 42 degrees and require standing 8 up to 12 hours per day. Applicants must be willing to work with knives, if required, and wear all proper safety equipment and must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
* This facility runs 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday, Sundays as needed.
* All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally within the U.S.; and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of a post-offer health assessment.
* LOCATION ACCEPTING REHIRES 3X RULE, 180 DAYS WAITING PERIOD FOR REHIRE.
