Eaton's ES GEIS BLDdivision is currently seeking aCable Tray Welder- 3rd Shiftat our location in Sherman, TX. The core hours are 10:00pm to 6:00am. The rate for this position is $22.71/hour + $1.20/hour shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Operate production equipment specifically for the welding and fabrication of products.

• Set up, understand and proficiently operate all welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems.
• tag shop orders with the product. Retrieve/enter data into the system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
• Weld components based on print specifications.

Basic (Required)

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of weld operations, to include MIG, TIG of stainless steel and/or aluminum.
• Previous welding experience is a plus.
• Spot-welding experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Solid math skills; analytical and reasoning skills.
• Able to read, interpret blueprints, and use simple measuring tools
