Registered Nurse ICU

• Performs activities for which the Registered Nurse has been trained and educated to perform.
• Provides nursing supervision in the planning for and provision of nursing care to patients.
• Directs and evaluates care given by other licensed nurses and personnel.
• Provides education, assesses needs, plans for, implements, evaluates, and documents care being provided by nursing staff to each patient.
• Responsible for nursing care they provide and the care provided by others under his/her supervision.
• Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
• Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.

• Requires graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Requires critical care experience.
• Long Term Acute Care And Rehabilitation Experience Is Preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.

• Requires current state license (RN) in accordance with the standards of the State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification is required upon hire.
• ACLs certification is required within 6 months of hire.
