We are seeking a Quality Control Worker to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet company quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform visual inspections and measurements to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Compare products against blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Identify and document defective or non-conforming products.
  • Communicate quality issues to production supervisors and management.
  • Assist with investigating the cause of quality problems and identifying corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently followed.
  • Work closely with production employees to prevent recurring quality issues.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, inspected, and approved before shipment.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection/work area.
Qualifications
  • Previous quality control or quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to identify defects and communicate quality concerns effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for entering inspection results and maintaining records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
