Assistant Store Manager

Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Sherman, TX. This role supports the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, including supervising team members, guiding customer interactions, and ensuring an engaging sales environment. The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales performance, monitors key metrics, and maintains high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching team members, as well as overseeing merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation of the store.

The role also contributes to loss prevention efforts, adherence to company policies, and execution of promotional activities to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate effectively with management.
• Store Management experience or aptitude, including day-to-day operations, team coaching, and sales performance support.
• Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help protect company assets and uphold store safety and compliance.
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and reliability in managing responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
