Connect with local community members,, marketing to understand their insurance needs and coverage goals.

Call online leads, cross sell existing clients, call previous clients. Prepare personalized insurance quotes that offer meaningful protection for families and businesses.

Explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Maintain accurate client records within our agency systems.

Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and address concerns.

Collaborate with the rest of our office to ensure every policyholder feels supported and valued.

Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.

Some college or associate degree.

Strong comfort level with computers and office software.

Clear and welcoming verbal communication skills.

Reliable transportation for daily work in our Sherman office.

Previous background in a customer-facing or sales role.

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Minimum education:
  
  Associate’s degree in Business.
• Successful sales background.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
