Driver/Operator

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Sherman, TX. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Competitive compensation package of $13.00-$15.00 per hour

• Vacation: minimum of two weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

• Safety‑Focused Operations:
  Execute lawful operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Exhibit exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies and procedures, enforce seat‑belt usage, prepare for emergencies, and comply with all regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits Schedule I drugs, including cannabis.

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; all work is performed outdoors and may be remote.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Push, pull, or lift objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally bending, kneeling, or crouching.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas and exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
