- Sherman - Flex/PRN (CDL Required) role at Carter Blood Care

- Principal Accountability
- Work under direct supervision of the Director of Operations and Mobile Supervisor.
- Drive the mobile coach to and from blood drives.
- Represent and champion CBC Core Values and Code of Conduct, and adhere to CBC policies and SOPs.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as assigned.
- Travel regularly between assigned work areas across Texoma and North Texas to support other locations/projects.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, a Commercial Driver’s License, and an active DOT medical certification.
- Work varied shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime as needed; regular full‑time attendance during normal working hours is required.
