TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring drivers (no CDL required).

• Starting pay: $18-22 plus tips.
• Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves.
• Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met.
• Shift Information:
  Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday.
• All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques.
• Opportunities for career growth and advancement.

• Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk‑through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings.
• Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
• Safely drive and maneuver a 26‑foot moving truck.

• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
  
  Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
• Strong problem‑solving ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a non‑CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.
