Warehouse Clerk - Shipping​/Receiving Specialist

ASCO Equipment has a career opportunity for a Warehouse Clerk - Shipping/Receiving Specialist in Sherman, Texas
. The Warehouse Clerk & Shipping Specialist will assist the parts department in fulfilling shipping and stocking needs. The Warehouse Clerk will verify and maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments, manage warehouse inventory orders, and handle returns.

• Receives daily shipments and maintains clear and accurate records
• Physically unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments
• Report shortages, reject damaged items, and process returns or credits
• Accurately match orders with packing slips
• Operate lift truck/hand trucks to move materials to designated areas
• Operate stretch wrap, bander, and PB crimp tools
• Make pickups and deliveries to suppliers using company truck/van

• 2+ years of experience as Warehouse Specialist;
  Parts experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume warehouse
• Detail oriented, good time management, organization and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills, initiative and follow-through
• Proficient computer skills and experience with tracking & shipping programs
• Personal dedication to work safety and accountability
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Acceptable driving record
