In this intermediate-level position, you will report to the AR Supervisor and work onsite five days a week. Responsibilities include accurately applying and reconciling high-volume payments, resolving cash application discrepancies, and engaging in month-end close activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and reconcile incoming payments including checks and EFTs

• Investigate and resolve cash application discrepancies

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations to the general ledger

• Collaborate with teams to resolve payment discrepancies

• Support automation initiatives for cash application processes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; finance education preferred

• 3–5 years experience in cash applications required

• Proficiency in ERP systems and electronic payment platforms

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical skills for resolving discrepancies
