Position: Acuren Cash Application Specialist

Reporting to the AR Supervisor, this position focuses on the reconciliation and analysis of complex customer payments.

Your role will involve addressing cash application issues, preparing reconciliations, and supporting financial audits during month-end and year-end close periods. You will also collaborate across departments to optimize cash flow processes and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and apply a wide variety of incoming payments

• Resolve multi-invoice allocations and unidentified payments

• Conduct thorough daily and monthly reconciliations

• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits

• Analyze cash application reports to support management decisions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; higher education preferred

• 3–5 years in cash application or finance roles

• Experience with ERP and cash application tools

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis

• Strong problem-solving abilities for cash discrepancies
