In this position, you will work closely with the AP Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our accounts payable functions. Responsibilities include verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and participating in month-end activities, all while maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy

• Match purchase orders and receipts with invoices

• Enter transactions into ERP/accounting systems

• Handle vendor inquiries regarding payments

• Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in accounts payable or accounting

• Familiarity with electronic invoice processing systems

• Advanced skills in Excel including Pivot Tables

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
