Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Coordinate project design, budget, and schedules effectively

• Lead project discussions on risks and timelines

• Report on financial aspects and track budgets

• Guide procurement for subcontractors and supplies

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in commercial construction

• Construction degree/diploma is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Project and Procore

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
