We are looking for a dedicated Utilities Labourer to assist in installing essential utilities in new subdivisions around Edmonton. You will work as part of a construction team, handling various tasks from laying utility pipes to operating equipment. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work outside for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay telecom and power cables in designated trenches

• Set precast bases and sand trenches efficiently

• Safely operate skid steers and other machinery on-site

• Interpret construction drawings for various jobs

• Maintain timely record-keeping and inspections

Requirements:

• Experience in a collaborative construction setting

• Valid Class-5 driver’s license and a good driving record

• Own vehicle necessary for commuting to sites

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

• Willing to work varying hours with a positive outlook
