The Quality Compliance Lead shall support the initial review and technical preparation for potential or awarded projects, maintenance of existing certifications, the continual improvement initiative through strategically planned audits, surveillances, and when required, the pre-qualification of potential vendors.
What You'll Do Here- Review incoming packages from a technical/quality perspective to ensure that we are qualified to perform the activities and to highlight any specific concerns and/or exceptions to be considered.
- Prepare and complete preliminary documentation including Quality Plans, Quality Questionnaires, ITPs, welding matrices, etc. for potential or proposed work.
- Support the creation of preliminary documentation post-award.
- Maintain existing certifications including CWB, CSA B51, and ASME, including the scheduling and preparation for perpetual audits, and the effective closure of any resulting NCRs, CARs, etc.
- Provide training on the existing QMS to those new to the organization or those requiring additional exposure.
- Provide training and support on ICMS where required.
- Support continual improvement initiatives through recommendations, amendments, implementation, and assessment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
