Position: IT Support Specialist at BIS Safety Software
Become an integral part of BIS Safety Software as an IT Support Specialist in Sherwood Park, AB. This in-person role is focused on resolving technical issues and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization.

As an IT Support – Level 1, you will offer critical internal technical assistance while collaborating with both team members and external IT specialists.

Your role involves troubleshooting Microsoft tools, managing data backups, and maintaining network systems. You'll play a vital role in fostering a technology-driven workplace and enhancing the productivity of your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and update computer systems and network equipment

• Provide prompt technical support inquiries and triage as necessary

• Assist with the management of internal servers and routers

• Manage data backup systems to minimize data loss

• Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 for team efficiency

Requirements:

• Level 1 IT support experience or similar role

• In-depth knowledge of computer systems and networks

• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk

• Post-secondary education in IT field preferred

• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus
