You will be responsible for diagnosing IT-related problems, configuring systems, and collaborating closely with your team and external specialists. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide support
• Configure systems and maintain network equipment

• Assist with SharePoint setups and Microsoft 365 management

Requirements:
• Experience in Level 1 IT support or a similar position
• Strong knowledge of systems administration and network operations
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• IT-related post-secondary education is beneficial
• Certs like Network+ or MCITP are advantageous
