Technology Analyst

Position: Pembina Pipeline Technology Analyst Role
Pembina Pipeline Corporation invites applications for the Operational Technology Infrastructure Analyst role, available in a hybrid format. Help drive innovation in SCADA systems and operational technology at our Sherwood Park office.

This position involves joining a proactive Information Services team that prioritizes safety and technical excellence. From troubleshooting SCADA and MQTT systems to managing upgrades and compliance, you’ll play a vital role in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in OT systems, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Pembina’s safety culture of "Zero by Choice"

• Address issues in SCADA, MQTT, and OT systems

• Test and manage system updates in high availability setups

• Support SCADA system platforms and ensure uptime

• Oversee MQTT middleware and edge system performance

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in relevant technology fields

• Experience with AVEVA OASyS/Enterprise SCADA preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft server and networking fundamentals

• Ability to communicate effectively in technology settings

• Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license
