Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Operational Continuity:
Manage day-to-day payroll processing workflows within UKG, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

BI Reporting & Analytics:
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex reports using UKG Business Intelligence to support HR and Finance departments.

Continuous Delivery:
Handle ongoing system updates, configuration changes, and "business as usual" (BAU) tasks to ensure no service degradation during the team transition.

Troubleshooting:
Act as the primary point of contact for technical payroll issues, resolving data discrepancies and system errors in real-time.

Knowledge Transfer:
Document processes and configurations to ensure long-term stability as the project landscape evolves.

Required Technical Qualifications
UKG Pro Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience with UKG Pro (formerly Ulti Pro) Payroll modules.

Advanced UKG BI:
Proven ability to build sophisticated reports, dashboards, and data models within the UKG Business Intelligence framework.

Functional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of payroll tax, garnishments, and labor laws to ensure system configurations remain compliant.

Data Integrity:
Experience performing audits and data validation within the UKG ecosystem.
