Position: Procurement Specialist for Industrial Projects
Take charge of procurement at Aecon Industrial as a Procurement Specialist, focusing on efficient operations in industrial construction. You'll manage requisitions, invoicing, and vendor coordination using SAP.

This role reports to the Purchasing Manager and involves overseeing the end-to-pay process across various projects. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' experience, preferably within construction procurement. You will work closely with project teams and suppliers to minimize exceptions and enhance overall procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and confirm purchase requisitions in SAP

• Conduct verification of packing slips and create goods receipts

• Organize and manage vendor profiles

• Handle daily invoice volumes in the AP Invoice Portal

• Address open commitments and finalize purchase orders

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in procurement within construction

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel abilities

• Effective interpersonal skills with teams and suppliers

• Proactive problem solver with an independent mindset
