Family Practice Nurse

As a Family Practice Nurse, you'll utilize your LPN skills to assess patients, implement care plans, and educate patients with various clinical conditions. Working flexibly between Monday and Saturday, you will play a vital role in enhancing primary care delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and care strategy implementation

• Assist physicians with clinical tasks and duties

• Develop health screening programs tailored to patient needs

• Provide education on managing clinical conditions

• Maintain accurate health records in line with practice policies

Requirements:

• Current LPN registration with CLHA in Alberta

• Three years nursing experience in primary care

• Valid BLS Provider certification

• Strong communication and nursing skills

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
