As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and work collaboratively with the team to deliver top-quality nursing services. Your responsibilities will include developing and updating care plans, administering medications, and maintaining essential documentation. Your contributions will enhance the safety and dignity of residents through personalized nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop resident personal care plans under guidance
• Maintain accurate records of health and conditions
• Administer medications and medical treatments
• Assist with move-ins, palliative care, and end-of-life comfort
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing treatments
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing school
• Current license to practice in Alberta
• Experience in residential care is an asset
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
