Position: Full-Time Processing Team Leader

In the role of Lead Processing Team Member, you'll contribute to retail success by training associates and managing item preparation. Your responsibilities will include transporting donated goods, preparing items for sale, and identifying recyclable materials. You'll ensure that all paperwork is completed while fostering a collaborative atmosphere among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and organize items on the retail floor

• Prepare donated items for sales and displays

• Inspect and sort donations for quality

• Identify recyclable materials and process accordingly

• Train team members and model best practices

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must be at least 15 years old

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Ability to perform continuous physical tasks

• Strong interest in customer service and teamwork
