As a Disability Support Worker, your key responsibilities include providing compassionate care, implementing personalized service plans, and facilitating community involvement for individuals with various disabilities. Effective teamwork and communication will be critical as you work closely with families and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education
• Foundations in Community Rehabilitation

• Ability to work in challenging environments
• Positive work ethic and communication abilities
