Job Title
Bagger Operator

Responsibilities- Operate an automated bagging system in a fast-paced environment, ensuring proper quality stock rotation.
- Maintain proper stock rotation by operating the automated bagging system.
- Organize work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness, keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform other duties as required and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Regularly bend, twist, climb ladders and stairs, open/close lids and stand for extended periods.
- Lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and variable-temperature environment.
- Comfortable with use of personal protective equipment (e.g., hard hat, safety boots, etc.) as required.
- Capable of operating equipment and working at heights and confined spaces when required.
- Work shift schedule is a must: currently operating on a 10-hour shift schedule, transitioning to a 12-hour shift schedule, with 6 days on / 6 days off, eventually moving to a 12/4 shift pattern during winter months.
- Class 5 license (asset).
- Forklift and skid steer experience (asset).
- Basic computer skills and numeracy with high accuracy.
