Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will lead a team focused on executing warehouse functions like loading, picking, and shipping. This day shift position from Monday to Friday entails not only performing warehouse tasks but also mentoring and guiding your team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. Your expertise will enhance overall logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous operations improvement in the warehouse

• Execute functions such as picking, packing, and receiving

• Organize and distribute resources and tasks efficiently

• Safely operate forklifts for daily activities

• Mentor and guide team members towards achieving goals

Requirements:

• Experience in warehousing or logistics environments

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Demonstrable ability to operate warehouse equipment
