Delta Dental of Arkansas is seeking a Lead Clinical Reviewer to serve as the senior clinical review resource and working lead for first-level clinical review operations. The role conducts clinical review, approves claims within authority, and coordinates daily workflow while supporting the development of Clinical Reviewers.
The Lead may approve claims meeting clinical and processing requirements but may not deny; complex cases are escalated to Dental Consultants or other designated authorities
