Property Manager role at Beztak

Essential Functions
  • Motivate and hold accountable a team of leasing and maintenance staff
  • Ensure positive interactions for prospects, residents, and family members
  • Maintain property rentals by advertising, filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and securing premises
  • Oversee and execute building operations
  • Manage budgeted financial expectations, including rent collections and occupancy targets
  • Negotiate leases and collect security deposits
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Hire team members and provide continuous learning and development
  • Operate company or personal vehicle as required for job duties
  • Handle high-pressure situations, difficult customers/vendors, urgent matters, conflicts, and employ effective interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Education
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management

Physical Demands

The position requires regular sitting, walking, climbing stairs, standing, and communication with residents, staff, family members, and the public.

Work Environment
  • Primarily indoors in air‑conditioned office; lighting includes natural, incandescent, and fluorescent
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain during outdoor tasks
