The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The manager works with leadership to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.

• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve departments.

• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.

• Work in partnership with restaurant leaders to align goals and strategy.

• Previous experience as a General Manager running high‑volume locations.

• Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.

• Minimum age 18 years.
