We have a NEW exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to take their next career step as a Lead Salaried GP
. The role is based within a GP Practice, located in a quiet town located in County Durham, close to Durham and Darlington. The team are a friendly, close-knit group of Healthcare and Support staff who pride themselves on excellent standards of patient care, and are keen to welcome a like-minded Lead, Salaried GP for 8 sessions per week.

Duties and Requirements:

The Lead GP role will include delivering patient care via surgeries, clinics and visits;
Assessing, Screening, Diagnosing and Referring Patients as appropriate. It will also require working and supporting other clinicians and members of the practice, to ensure best care for patients.

The team consist of another GP as well as ANPs, Nurses and a range of other healthcare professionals. They take a collaborative approach, actively encouraging their team to give their participation when it comes to decisions for the service and practice. The centre host trainee’s and students, and so they are eager for their GP to support in their mentoring of staff.

The client require;

Experience and knowledge of the Primary Care agenda.

Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.

GMC Registration with evidence of revalidation.

Registered on the national Medical Performers List.

Medical Degree.
