The Education Network North is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils with SEMH in a specialist provision in Shildon, starting 7th September 2026. You will build positive relationships with pupils, support their personal development and help regulate emotions in a safe, structured environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am–2:30pm during term time, with DBS and safeguarding checks required.
