Support Worker | Salary: £12.21 per hour (£25,396.80 per annum) |

Working Hours:

15-40 hours per week

The Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you ll play a key role in the lives of those you support. You’ll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

  • Provide personal care and supporting with eating, medication, and routine
  • Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
  • Encourage independence and celebrating every milestone
  • Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
  • Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambition
