About the Role:

As a Temporary Production Operative on a 2-shift pattern, you will support the efficient manufacture of products through machine operation, assembly line work and in-line quality checks. • Follow documented work instructions, job cards, and production specifications accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organised work area and support basic housekeeping (5S) activities
  • Adhere to all site health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and safe handling of equipment
  • Work flexibly across different stations and tasks to support production demands on both shifts (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00)
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment
  • Proven ability to operate basic production or assembly machinery safely and efficiently
  • Experience working on an assembly line with repeatable, time-sensitive tasks
  • Familiarity with conducting basic quality checks and completing related documentation
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both shifts: 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00 on a rotating basis
  • Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate manual tasks
Desirable

Skills:
  • Experience in a high-volume, target-driven production environment
  • Exposure to basic machine setup, changeovers, or minor adjustments
  • Previous use of hand tools, power tools, or simple measuring equipment (e.g. calipers, gauges)

  • Background in working to ISO or other quality management standards
Qualifications:
