Job Title -  Senior Executive - Blending

Purpose of Role
- Responsible with inspection of incoming Raw & packaging material as per company norms and given SOPs to provide good quality product to customer.
Responsibility
- Water, ENA, Special Spirits, FF, BLEND,
He/ She should ensure quality of Raw water as per company norms.
He/ She should ensure the testing and quality of each batch of DM water
Responsible for quality ENA, Special Spirits and Food Flavour.
Responsible for quality of each batch of blend along with blending executive.
Responsibility ensures to blend readiness as per SOP and understand the production requirement.

Online Quality
- Responsible for implementation of company SOP’s and GMP’s to maintain online quality of finished product.
Responsible for start-up of bottling lines maintaining proper records in QC prescribed formats.
Responsible for keeping all the washing machines clean and maintain records of the water pressure and differential pressure.
Responsible for online product quality with implementation of all GMP’s and SOP’s as per company norms.
Responsible for implementation of KPI’s like Safety, L1-Quality, GFPS, Statutory compliance, FSSAI requirements and projects like FM, Sealing, GAR and SFIP. Responsible for LR process for inspection of Excise compliance.
Responsible for implementation of BCM as CMT Coordinator with manufacturing Manager.
Daily monitoring of blend and RM consumption and wastage records considering Excise, physical and SAP
Monthly adherence of state Excise Blend and RM records with physical and SAP

SAP Activities
- Ensure the SKU wise BOM creation and time to time updation of new material in BOM.
Ensure to update quality material inspection plan and quality report of each incoming material.
Ensure timely day to day production entry in SAP

Distribution
- Ensure the inspection of the vehicles coming for loading before dispatch of our finished goods and maintain record.
Ensure the inspection of the vehicles for transfer of PM/RM and maintain record.
